My field is Audio Engineer of a music studio. Most people nowadays have at home studios. But they miss out on the high quality plus the professional aspect of the how to compose, mix, and master sounds at a high-quality state. I believe that most work sounds be done in a professional environment than at home. The reason is because they believe that it is cheaper to do it their self then to pay someone to do it when they have no experience with it. This is a field where people didn’t go to YouTube of a music studio. Most people nowadays have at home studios. This is a field where people didn’t go to YouTube to learn how to compose, mix, or even master a soundtrack base off someone else opinion. Plus their quality of equipment is another issue. They may best something like Pro Tools and Logic Pro X thinking that’s all they need to succeed but they don’t understand it cost a lot to have high-quality sound. They don’t understand that it cost a lot to have high-quality sound. Like I was taught good speakers in a bad room is no good. Plus do you know what microphone to use for certain vocals? What speakers or acoustical sound must be used to having an acoustic soundproof room. If you don’t know all the details of these problems and a lot more then it will be a lost of money. I believe someone who has been in the business for years and has professionals who work for them is a better way of spending your money wisely. I have an at home studio but it's based off of mixing only because I have the skills to utilizes my at home space because I was intensely trained on how to do so. It’s going to cause a lot of problem in the end if you don’t have a professional standpoint on the equipment use to create the music you hear today. Like I said, in the end, to save money, time, and frustration it's best sometimes to leave it to the professionals.
